Delete your data
Heed — Statement Analyser
There is no account to delete
Heed does not have user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, or any identifier. There is no server-side profile to delete because we never created one.
All Heed data lives on your device. Deleting your data is a single action inside the app.
Delete on-device data (recommended)
- Open Heed.
- Tap Settings in the top app bar.
- Scroll to the Privacy section.
- Tap Delete all local data.
- Confirm. The app wipes the disclaimer flag, today's analysis count, your recent analyses, your theme preference, and your crash-reporting opt-in. The disclaimer screen will appear again on next launch.
This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Heed has no copy of this data anywhere else.
Uninstall the app
Uninstalling Heed from Android also removes all on-device data, because the app's storage is sandboxed. Long-press the Heed icon on your home screen or app drawer and select Uninstall.
Cancel a subscription (paid tier, when available)
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Heed and tap Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops future billing. Existing benefits remain until the end of the current paid period.
If you can't access the app
If you cannot open Heed to use the in-app Delete action (e.g. the app won't launch on your device), uninstalling Heed achieves the same result. Android removes the sandboxed storage as part of uninstall.
If you still have concerns, contact [email protected] and we'll help you confirm there is nothing else to delete.
